The project’s main influence was the use of reinforced concrete pergola, a modern architecture element. The residence has the double-zone meaning of

“up & down”. Light grey and white shades used for the internal and external surfaces instead of dark grey that emphasizes the elements that frame the

balcony.  The colours-motifs palette is completed with materials such as white stones that underline the house perimetrically,  concrete at the main

pergola,  limestone plates  and  a grey mosaic covering at the outdoor pavement. The result is a functional residence with open points that create a close

connection between the house and the external environment with the continuous view by the forest and sea.
